What placement costs

One fee, once, only when a tenant actually moves in. Nothing to list, nothing monthly, and nothing at all if we don't place anyone.

Up to R1 500	R300
R1 501 – R4 999	R500
R5 000 – R10 000	R1 000
Over R10 000	30% of one month’s rent

The fee is per room placed, and it's charged on the rent for that room — so a R3 000 room costs R500 whatever else the property earns. The tenant pays a matching fee of their own, so the cost is shared rather than all landing on you. We invoice on placement day and send banking details on WhatsApp.
